This Ocean Warrior Retreat is a two-day course and does not include accommodation.Guests wishing to stay at the Terranea Resort will receive 35% off the normal rate. Please let us know so we can lock in this special rate for you.

Ability Level

This program is suited for beginner and advanced individuals and will be tailored to suit each person.

The Ocean Warrior Course

This course is designed to increase your breath hold and teach you to be calm in the water. It explains breath techniques to activate specific sections of the brain, strategies to help get you out of your mind, the mind/body connection and how this alters your performance. The techniques learnt in this course can be applied to many areas of your life and will teach you how to respond in stressful situations while staying calm.

Terranea Turns Pink

The Ocean Warrior team is also proudly supporting the Terranea Turns Pink program, a portion of the proceeds from all room stays, spa treatments, golf rounds, adventures, pink cocktails and desserts will be donated to breast cancer organizations Cancer Support Community Redondo Beach and the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
